Add pipeline id to events

Hi,

Could you please add a field containing the pipeline id to the heartbeat plugin? While it's good to know which host sent the heartbeat, it get's a bit confusing when you have multiple pipelines in your Logstash 6.x and don't know which pipeline is sending what heartbeat.
