Allow users to suggest free/pwyw/etc. flags

I've submitted a number of games that are free/PWYW, but I've noticed they haven't been given the flags marking them as such. Would it be possible to have these added to the "suggest changes" window?

This would save work for the mods (who presumably have to investigate the game to set these?), although some flags like "open game engine" might be a bit hard for users to judge.

Personally, when I first installed Lutris, I went through the website and used these filters to find a number of free games that I ended up loving. If there are others like me, I think this could be a very good way to help promote free/indie games, so I would love to see it used more.
