Add an action to reload IGDB data for a single game. Place button on game page. Visible by mods only.

Since it's intended only for mods, may it be enough to add the button to django admin site? I could try to contribute

I would rather not have our admin features in the Django admin tbh. We already have the game changes as part of the Django admin and it's super painful to use.
