Do someone know what are the column names of the Weee tax importer ?

documentation is unfortunatly not available here : http://wiki.magmi.org/index.php/Weee_Tax_importer

If I import a file with
sku;ecotaxe
5530;1.45
It give an error :
Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'entity_type_id' in 'field list' -
And entity_type_id doesn't exist in weee_tax table.
Is there a bug here ?
