If I send mail with a "Message-Id" header, mailhog will add an additional "Message-ID" header.

(No patch right now, as I can't "go get" mailhog, let alone build it)

thanks @wttw, should be fixed, I'll release a new version asap

I've fixed some import path issues which might have caused the go get problem, hopefully that should be working now too
