Font Awesome 4 animation spinner stays visible #883

Expected and Actual Behavior

Opening a lazy loaded node shows the spinner animation but it stays spinning after the node has loaded.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Open the "More ... node"

Note: Font awesome 5 does not have this issue.

Environment

  • Browser type and version: Windows 10, Chrome 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit)
  • jQuery and jQuery UI versions: jQuery 3.2.1, jQuery UI v1.12.1
  • Fancytree version: v2.29.0
    enabled/affected extensions: Glyph

Seems to happen on all browsers:
