Add Light Theme (for e-ink devices, etc) #208

I use this app on a Hisense A5pro cc, which has a color-eInk screen.

This means that while workable the dark theme this one is locked in isn't optimal (small white text on black background is hard to read).

I would love to have a Light Theme implemented (White background, black text)
