Linux | Build from source & .deb doesn't work

I have tried installing by the .deb and building from source, no one works, starting the app by the deb just doesn't show up, and, while building it always throw Pango-ERROR **: 20:51:01.103: Harfbuzz version too old (1.2.7) by [sudo] npm run build (no build-linux option available).
