Lets mendicant users be able to comments on their interesting articles. Comments should only display for mendicant users.

This was originally on our roadmap (#24) but we decided to scrap the idea:

Instead we'll comment on posts via the alumni or mendicant research list and activities in small mailing groups.

I'll keep the ticket open to get more feedback, but right now please do not start working on this feature.
