Reading the documentation for start_pythonwin causes it to run because it is not protected by an if __name__ == '__main__' block

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start the pydoc server
  2. Click on the start_pythonwin module

This will cause the start_pythonwin module to actually execute.

Solution:

Wrap the code in an if __name__ == '__main__' block
