Windows Terminal version (if applicable): 0.7.3451.0

Any other software? Ubuntu 18-04 ///  4.4.0-18362-Microsoft #476-Microsoft Fri Nov 01 16:53:00 PST 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Steps to reproduce

Load up Ubuntu in Terminal (Preview). Resize the window to be small (slimmer than the width of the path) and then drag it out to be wider - the text will follow and duplicate itself endlessly. Resize really fast to a large size and it will correct itself sometimes.

Expected behavior

Don't mess with the text on resize

Actual behavior

Text duplicates endlessly.

This seems to be a side effect of /dup #1465

Hi! We've identified this issue as a duplicate of another one that already exists on this Issue Tracker. This specific instance is being closed in favor of tracking the concern over on the referenced thread. Thanks for your report!
