Mobile version of stalls + events listings

On the day we want the users to see a mobile version of the site which focuses purely on listing the stalls, events and busking schedules going on during the day.

Must haves:

• Must be easy to use on mobile
• Information on when and where events are happening
• Information on where stalls are and what they're selling
• Information on what roads are closed and for how long
• Information on where to go when things go wrong:
  • Meet up points
  • MRWF HQ
  • First aid points
  • Contact details for people of interest

Nice to haves:

• We'd like it to look nice (n.b. this is not a MUST)
• We'd like it to look nice on desktop.
• We'd like to give people a bit of a feel for the theme of the fair, which is nature.
• We'd like to have space to thank our sponsors and the volunteers that make the fair happen.
• We'd like to be able to give local traders a bit of a boost somehow
• We'd like to take advantage of mobile location information to direct users to the stalls, events and performances they want to visit.

What we should be able to get from the committee (expect a week's response time roughly):

• lists of accepted stalls
• written copy for any wordier bits of the site
• feedback on designs and prototypes

For image assets:

• We have a flickr account : https://www.flickr.com/photos/millroadwinterfair/, we need to check to what extent we can use those photos for the fair but the current assumption is that if it's ok for it to be public on flickr there it's probably ok for it to be public on the winter fair site (e.g. http://millroadwinterfair.org/2016-photos/)
• We can re-use as many images used on http://www.millroadwinterfair.org/ as we like

For development (until we have data for this year) the data used for the listings from last year can be found here, we're expecting the format of the data to be either identical or highly similar this year:

I'm trying out an idea in the "tabbed-style" branch where we have five tabs with listings and maps in each. This is probably going to need us to do some just-in-time loading of data via javascript but if you want to contribute CSS to make this look nicer, ideas or content feel free!
