Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently specifying cluster tags is possible only in l1 resources and not possible in l3 resources.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to be able to tag cluster also using l3 resources.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Use l1 resources instead of l3.
Try to apply tags to the stack and pray they will be applied by CloudFormation.

Thanks rzhuzha-liquid. This item is on our roadmap, but likely several quarters away. Will keep this ticket open over the interim.

Thanks @Zuhairahmed for coming back to me! Several quarters away is too long for me, but I'm sure somebody will also find these features useful in the future!
