What's this? / extra info icon / tooltip

Not sure how hard this would be to implement but a little icon to add extra information to profile items. I couldn't find any examples from the sites I use, but I remember seeing it. It would be something like the following:

And then you could hover over it for a little more information about that item.
I remember seeing it somewhere but couldn't find it, if I find it I'll add back to this.
Think it's a tooltip or something.
