values schema runAsUser wrong

Hello,

i think the values schema for the core chart is wrong in this line:
https://github.com/neuvector/neuvector-helm/blob/master/charts/core/values.schema.json#L1205

To my knowledge the manager.runAsUser field is an integer.
It does work as string because the value is not quoted inside the template but it is expected to define this value as the same type.
