Steps to reproduce

  1. Join a conversation
  2. Navigate elsewhere
  3. Come back after a couple of messages
  4. See a floating button at the bottom right corner
  5. Hover the button

Expected behaviour

A browser popover telling me the button is for Scroll to bottom

Actual behaviour

Nothing happens. The button has an area label but no title.
