MVP builds for Windows, Linux and macOS

• Using ebitensinglethread tag to shave off a bit of CPU usage.
• Linux now builds from Ubuntu which probably has more compatible (read: older) libc.
• Added macOS build (Intel, not M1).

Fix Windows build

Only Linux & Windows builds for now, because all of my GitHub Actions are still queued for some reason.

x1, x2 and x3 are simply different sizes.
