Does it still work or do I need a specific version of git?

I have been trying to use this with no success on windows with ruby. I saw somewhere that I would need ruby 2.4.10 instead of the latest but still nothing work. I have a standard layout.

Had the same issue and svn2git didn't work for me at all.

I managed to migrate using the steps outlined here
