Default Gameplay Events List

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice if whenever you create a new dialogue that a global list of events is available, rather than needing to recreate the list each time.

Ability to specify a default list of global events, perhaps in the repo itself (easy initial step), or maybe as a UI option (in future)
