Check everywhere if there is not some point where T and S are used dimensionally in the old THCM code (like mix_imp.f:316: rho = lambda*s - t - xes * & ( alpt1*t + alpt2*t*t - alpt3*t*t*t )). Then adding deltat and deltas to the parameters (par(RAYL), etc) should be fine.
