I'd like to present the current state of #138 (the Web Tooling Benchmark) and discuss next steps wrt. Node.js, but I cannot put the benchmarking-agenda label on the issue myself.

@sathvikl the meeting is every 2 weeks as per the foundation calendar https://nodejs.org/calendar (although we are skipping the next one, so it 4 weeks from the last one)
