Integration with Visual Studio 2019.

Ran the node-v12.4.0-x64 installer today. This installer only considered installation of tools for VS2017 and vcredist140.

I have already migrated to 2019 as my primary toolset.

Please describe the desired behavior.
Would prefer an installer upgrade to handle this rather than trying to use the source to build for VS 2019.

None available other than source code modification and building by hand.
