Add Web Types definition

Clear and concise description of the problem

By default, no IDE recognise web components tags like those from swiper and also cannot autocomplete or suggest attribute.

Suggested solution

There is a de-facto standard from Intellij called Web Types aimed at solving that by providing the definition in a separate file and agnostic from IDE.
