DELETE unfollow profile

In order to fully support profiles we need to implement a DELETE unfollow profile by username,
according to following OpenAPI Spec.

1. Add missing domain objects such as Profile domain object if it doesn't exist & ProfileResponse.
2. Add unfollowProfile operation to UserPersistence using FollowingQueries
3. Create profile.kt in routes if does not exist, or add delete operation there.
4. Add test that verifies the behavior works
