Needed by DeltaDAO and may also be useful in general. There would be a way to register a complex precompile at a specific address which would expose an ERC-20 ABI that would manipulate the underlying SDK denomination.

There should also be a way to designate an authorized mint/burn address to facilitate supply changes.
