vendor:sdl2 seems to be missing some functions dealing with SDL_FRect

Hi,

Im pretty new to Odin. Really enjoying it so far. Im playing around with the sdl2 vendor library. One thing I've noticed is that some of the functions for SDL_FRect are missing.

For instance:

SDL_PointInFRect
SDL_FRectEmpty
SDL_FRectEqualsEpsilon
SDL_FRectEquals
SDL_HasIntersectionF
SDL_IntersectFRect
...

It's easy enough for me to recreate this functionality on my own, but curious if there are plans to also bind these functions?
