I'm running ofxLeapMotion on openframeworks 0.8.0 with leap motion software version 1.1.3. When I run the visual studio 2012 example project, I get the following error. Any idea why this is happening? Thanks a lot!

hey @prisonerjohn can you take a look at this?

Sure, I've got my Windows machine back :)

I just gave this a go and it's working fine for me. I'm on Windows 8.1, OF tag 0.8.0, Leap Motion software 1.1.3.

@nisafadhliana and @afahim Can you confirm which versions of Windows and OF you're using?

@jasonrwalters Have you been able to test? Is it working for you?

Sorry I haven't been able to test. I might be able to try sometime this week but I'm a little bogged down at the moment. Will report back when I do.

Thank you for looking into this!

@prisonerjohn @jasonrwalters I couldn't get it to work on Windows 7 Home Premium with VS 2012, OF 0.8.0, leap motion 1.1.3

I had it working with this fix
however I'm experiencing a few crashes now and then.

I had this issue, and fixed by changing the default project to compile.
It was configured to run the OpenFrameworks, and I set to run the example.

But I still not able to connect to the camera, the readme says:
"Support for Windows and Linux is coming soon."

Is there any progress on it?

Thanks!

Well, the readme says so, so obviously it isn't supported for Windows nor it is for Linux yet.

Will this work with leap motion 2.3.1? I have lot of build errors (linker errors
LNK2019 while compiling). I use VS2015 on Windows 8.
Any workaround?
