Trouble compiling the LiveLayoutDemo app #2

This issue is not code but rather compiler related, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

Here's what I've done and where I'm at:

Downloaded ClassyLiveLayout-master.zip yesterday (Feb 2nd 2015)
Unpacked zip (and no changes made) and ran pod install (successfully)
Am using Xcode 6.1.1 and have tried different targets and simulators
This is the error I get:

Any ideas on why this error occurs and how I might solve it?
