What it is

Implement a function in the FileSystemService to read user data files using the FileSystem module.

Context

Reading user data files is essential for retrieving user information during API operations.

Acceptance Criteria

• A function named readFile is defined in the FileSystemService module.

• The function reads the corresponding JSON file (based on the user ID) using fs.readFile.
