Reports from Nov 20 to Jan 2017 are displaying under Fiscal Month December 2016

Is this correct? There are more than 30 days of CSV reports under December 2016 fiscal..
Is the Fiscal Calendar Math still correct?

Can we have a calendar-math expert look into this anomaly?

When I tried to print fiscalMonthName in AppleFiscalCalendar.m:56.. There is strangely some repetition and some missing months starting with duplicate December 2016 and missing January 2017.. What is going on here?!
