Documentation📄: Known Limitations page is out of sync

What is the current documentation state?

As part of #130 I synced as much of the Known Limitations page as I could. (Please wait for that PR to merge before working on this GH issue)
An SME needs to review the mutually exclusive sets of limitations for OH and IEAM and determine if they are common limitations.
