What is the current documentation state?

There are no instructions how to install an Open Horizon / IEAM edge cluster agent on an IBM Kubernetes Service (IKS) cluster. Also , there are no instructions how to install an Open Horizon edge cluster agent on a MicroShift cluster.

I reviewed the following edge cluster install documentation pages. They list steps to install an Open Horizon edge cluster agent on OCP, microk8s, k3s.

@SanjeevKGupta wrote up install steps on IKS and Microshift. This ticket will track the documentation update.

Also, Tom Vivano suggested some clarification on how to log into a OCP cluster in IBM Cloud using

oc login --token=<token> --server=https://<api_endpoint_host>:<port>

With the addition of IKS and Microshift to this page, there will be 5 different techniques for installing the edge cluster agent. This particular page is getting unwieldy. @Rene-Ch1 would you suggest that we split it into an overview page and then 5 separate documents?
