the procedure describes how to run:

 ibm-eam-4.2.0-bundle/tools/ieam-restore-k8s-resources.sh

and

ibm-eam-4.2.0-bundle/tools/ieam-restore-data.sh

Are these tools available in the Open Horizon codebase?
