[BUG][Discover] Discover view unusable on phone screens

Describe the bug

Layout of Discover is broken when opened on a phone, view is split in 4 columns with very small UI elements and unreadable text (attached screenshot)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open dashboards in browser on a phone
2. Go to discover

Expected behavior
Discover layout should consist of single column like it was in previous versions
