[BUG] Integ tests failing

What is the bug?
Integ tests are failing during the docker setup with the error:

121.5 Collecting supervisor

How can one reproduce the bug?
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

 ./gradlew enableRca -Dbuild.docker_jdk_ver=17;
