Describe the bug

A have a newly provisioned OpenSearch cluster with minimal configuration. Due to that multi-tenancy is not enabled. Yet OpenSearch dashboards keep showing this popup asking me to select a tenant, which isn't possible because multi-tenancy is not enabled. This happend every time opening OpenSearch Dashboards or opening a new tab.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Deploy a new OpenSearch cluster and deploy dashboards
  2. Don't configure multi-tenancy
  3. Open a new window/tab of Dashboards.

Expected behavior
The user should not be asked about a disabled feature.

@albgus Thanks for filing, I noticed that you mentioned you were using version 1.3.0. This issue is fixed in version 1.3.5 and afterward. Please move to the latest patch version to get this bug fix - let me know if this doesn't resolve this problem
