What is the bug?
ODBC can't connect if server URL has slash in the end.

How can one reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?
Driver should automatically delete the slash if it is causes troubles or ignore it.

What is your host/environment?
OpenSearch 2.3, ODBC 1.4
