Hi everyone,
I created a lectures repo on GitHub Classroom using "+ New assignment".
I personally accepted the lectures "assignment" from the GitHub Classroom link, and it creates a repo that is forked from the main repo. This is the exact same thing a student would do.
I then make a change to the main repo, say adding a new week of lectures, and I commit and sync.
When I go to my forked repo, and click "Sync fork", I get an "Update Branch" option, which makes automatically pulls in the new week of lectures.
However, my students do not have the same option. They can only "Discard commits" or "Open pull request".
If I go to my student's forked repos, I can personally see "Update Branch".
My 2 questions are:
Thank you for your help in advance!
