How to prevent killing process on windows for self hoster runner?
I have nodejs server app,
when i run node server.js the workflow is infinity pending because of servers listen
When i run node server.js in background, workflow completes but the process is killed and i don't have access to my app
I tried: run: SET RUNNER_TRACKING_ID="" && node server.js but it didn't help
