Search: scope select has wrong initial state

Steps to reproduce

1. open web
2. create some files and folders (folder: aa)
3. search for "aa" (everywhere is selected)

Expected behaviour

the search should not send a scope

Actual behaviour

the search should not sends a scope as part of the request, you have to select 'in here' first and then switch back to 'everywhere' to get it working
