A problem appeared in this PR: polkadot-fellows/runtimes#311
As a quick resolution, the workflow was manually disabled.
The error message we saw:
HttpError: refusing to allow a GitHub App to create or update workflow .github/workflows/clippy.yml without workflows permission
Somehow we ended up in a loop - auto-update bot running all of the time, posting a comment that it can't update, and running again.
