Tracking: Expand benchmarks for all endpoints.

This is a tracking PR to discuss and add information for the current expansion of the benchmarks we have in sidecar.

The goal is to be able to run a set of benchmarks per endpoint seemlessly.

@CurlyBracketEffect Hey so if you could expand on the following endpoint that would be awesome.

• /pallets/{palletId}/storage/{storageItem}

Some specifications: Each call should have an at query param associated with it. You don't need to get a list of every single runtime, but a wide variety from genesis until now would be awesome :) Also a mix of different storage items and pallets would be great as well. I would say at a minimum it would be good to have about 20-25 calls.
