I think it would be nice to add code for colon cancer modeling.

Can you send me a list of TCGA ID like this?
Is it difficult to implement scaling.R in transcriptomic_data/ for scaling TPM_RLE_postComBat_COAD_BREAST.csv based on _BRCA_BREAST.csv?
