Consider promoting beta items in v5

Describe the enhancement or change
It could be worth going through things that were promoted out of beta for v6, and doing the same in v5 if there weren't drastic changes made between the versions. For example, we promoted validation for MenuToggle/Select from beta in v5 because the implementation doesn't really differ from v6 (where it was promoted originally).

Is this request originating from a Red Hat product team? If so, which ones and is there any sort of deadline for this enhancement?
