Add author/edition metadata for CTS-Retrieved passages

When primary source text and translation text is retrieved from the CTS endpoint and stored in the annotation, we should store full provenance metadata about the source of the text or translation. Currently we keep only the CTS URN, which can be updated or changed after the fact, losing the traceability.
