Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Using OJS 3.3.0.14 and ORCID plugin 1.1.3.4, if a Contributor authorizes the connection to the ORCID ID account after an article is published, the publication record will not show up in their ORCID ID profile.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be very useful if a condition could be set whereby the plugin pushes the record to the ORCID profile upon authorization if the article is already published.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I believe that unpublishing and republishing the article pushes the record to ORCID, but it's an additional burden to get editors to do this and they might not even be aware if the authorization is made after publication.

Additional context
One of the biggest value propositions of the plugin is that it automatically pushes the publication record to the ORCID ID profile. Currently, the conditions for doing this successfully are very strict - all Contributors need to authorize the connection within a time frame - and we know that submitting authors are always forgetting to do things (like including their co-author's email addresses, or responding to automatic prompts in a timely fashion). Enabling pushing to the ORCID profile after publication would be very much in line with the goals of the whole OJS-ORCID integration.
