no button.css

in the production log there is an error indicating:

ActionController::RoutingError (No route matches [GET] "/assets/button.css"):

This seems to be the reason that when I create a user the terms and conditions don't show and, more importantly, the CQM calculations never show up, just the progress bar that keeps scrolling. According to the log, the measure calculate quickly but in every case this missing css comes up.

I have precompiled the assets and changed the .rb file in config environments as indicated in the instructions.

Please help.
