Not sure why the 'data/' directory is not found. data_path is set to 'data' and there is a data folder. Files attached. One model and one ChemKED file are used.

Looks like this bug arises from having a text file with a list of data files (dataset_file) that has empty lines. eval_model.py should automatically trim/skip any blank lines from the file, such that the list of files only contains real entries.
