Glossary term short code visible in table of contents

Description

A user reported that glossary term short code is visible in a book's TOC (table of contents). The glossary term is in a section title and the book has Two-level TOC enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a H1 element in a chapter and add a glossary term to it
2. Enable Two-level TOC
3. View TOC

Expected behavior:
The section heading should be stripped of the glossary short code

Actual behavior:
The glossary short code is visible in the TOC.
