📕 작업 설명

AWS 무료 지원 종료로 NCP 서버 배포함. 그로인해 s3 활용했던 프로필 편집 api 엔드포인트 수정.
추가로 프로필 편집 라우터 보안상 이유로 수정. (my/16 이런식으로 userId가 노출됐고, 17,18로 수정할 경우 다른 유저 프로필 보이는 문제 존재. 따라서 라우터 userId 없는 방향으로 수정함)
